- ALL cast and crew members must read the information packet, print out and send in a play registration and production contract with a completed parent signature and activity fee. These are handed in to the MS front desk in an envelope marked LION KING JR., attn: Business office. Please do not address or hand in to Ms. Kendrick.
- MS auditioners also must fill out the audition form and audition sign up time form which are online only.
- MS Crew also must complete the online sign up form.
